Les plus : The company is growing really fast, which suits ambitious employees to develop with the company. The product is an easy sell, as there is so much demand for it, and it adds so much value. Management really knows what they are doing, and is very fair + reasonable. They will push you to improve. Performance is strongly incentivized with extra earnings, which empowers a strong growth focused culture. As the London office is relatively new, there is an opportunity to learn other elements of a startup such as Customer Success, or Account Executives, Marketing etc, which is interesting. Opportunity to take on initiatives such as hosting "lunch and learns" where you teach the office about a specific topic. All staff want each other to succeed, underlined by v strong collaboration. Management is open to fresh ideas and encourages intrapreneurship.
Les moins : This job isn't suitable for people who are not ambitious. There are easier sales jobs. As a new joiner, the targets from HQ can be daunting, but again underlines opportunity to grow with the firm. Employees can sometimes get bored of selling the same thing every day, but this is the territory of a sales job. Management does a good job of mixing up exercises and challenges to avoid this.

Les plus : I've been working at this company for a while now and I must say that the atmosphere is really great. The team is friendly and supportive, and the managers are truly invested in our growth and success. The pay is also quite good, with competitive salaries and commissions.
Les moins : This is a rapidly growing company, which might not be suitable for everyone. There's a lot of pressure to perform at your best, which can be stressful at first, but eventually becomes more motivating. However, I can understand that this might not be the right fit for everyone.

AGICAP Deutschland ist 2020 eröffnet worden und hat ein exponentielles Wachstum erlebt, bestärkt durch die Cashflow-Probleme, die die Hauptzielgruppe, kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen, in der Corona-Krise erlebt haben. Anfang 2020 waren es noch 20 Mitarbeiter*innen in Lyon, FR, inzwischen sind es 160+ Mitarbeiter*innen verteilt in FR und DE. Wöchentlich fangen neue Kollegen*innen an und deshalb ist das Umfeld sehr dynamisch und kann hektisch werden. Dennoch sind alle Kollegen*innen gut gelaunt und nehmen sich gemeinsam den Hürden des einzelnen an. Die Feedback-Kultur wird hier sehr offen gelebt, ich konnte schon nach der ersten Woche hören, wie ich mich geschlagen habe. Das hat mich sehr weitergebracht und das würde ich jedem empfehlen.
