Les moins : - The HR rep 'no call, no showed' my exit interview, that pretty much sums up what it was like working for L'Occitane. - Poor communication between teams and different systems, leading to confusion and inefficiency for employees, retail stores and customers. - Too many superficial meetings without substance. Meetings might be held frequently but can lack meaningful discussions or actionable outcomes during slow periods, wasting employees' time. Being asked with little notice, sometimes an hour before meetings, to come up with ideas to fill time. - Difficulty reaching IT for remote tech issues - Inconsistent policies and procedures - Limited opportunities for growth and development in customer care - Lack of transparency with customers, which often made it a frustrating experience dealing with upset customers. - Lack of communication about canceled orders. Customers often left in the dark about why their orders were canceled, leading to dissatisfaction, distrust, and further frustration by the vague responses we were instructed to provide them. - Neglect of "buy online, pick-up in store" orders: Customers who choose this option may experience delays or lack of communication about their orders, leading to a negative experience.

Worst Retail Job

I was always stressed out and depressed, dreading going to every shift. There are high sales targets, and management did not care about my well-being, only those targets. Meanwhile the store is usually empty. However, during busy seasons like Christmas, I was given so many hours, over the amount that I was able to do on top of school, and there was not enough staff to handle the store. Even our best salesperson during the time I worked decided to leave. Naturally, I did not last a long time there and left shortly after, so there is high turnover.

Tienes que hacer mucho labor de venta por que conpites con otras marcas y ellas están atrás del cliente, si estas en caja para que le cobren al cliente y llega un nuevo cliente las empleadas de la otra marca tratan de llevarse al cliente para ellas venderle, no respetan

The work environment was TOXIC!! Lack of management and lack of information transparency. The store manager and the other two staff always stayed in the break room and you had to work alone on the sales floor for hours. Only provided work information to her other two "favorite staff." The manager and one of the staff ALWAYS came in an hour or two hours late with random excuses.

The best part of the job was the paid time off including holidays (only 4) The discount was 40% off. The 401k matching was nice too. The health insurance was ok not excellent. You received free product after you did an online learning for a new product. They gave Starbucks gift cards $10 on Black Friday and a star gift for Christmas. A 30 min. Lunch with 2 10 min. Breaks

Étant en intérim, je faisais du 30h par semaine, ce qui est très raisonnable. Salaire 11,52/h brut, 10€/j de ticket resto (dont 5€ retenu sur la fiche de paye), 2,28€ de remboursement des transports.
