Agile Coach
Great team, great place to work. Minimal interest from head office which is a shame. The people you work with make the job what it is not the job itself.
Your kitchen team are fun and supportive but there is far too much micromanagement from the top managers which restricts your fun and freedom. Advanced my career thanks to my kitchen team but ended up stalling it thanks to the top of the hotel chain management
Very good.conditions, carreers opportunity...atmosphere also ! The manager and training provided are very helpful , love to work for this company Nice location and possibility to do remote work after training ,
What is the best part of working at the company? Met my husband and made great friends What is the most stressful part about working at the company? No support, long hours with no pay or thanks What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very clicky ,no mental health care What is a typical day like for you at the company? Stressful, anxiety fuelled , certain managers wouldn't care and keep you working regardless if you have had a break or not
Un salaire attractif avec des avantages sur les autres hôtels. Le management est un peu incompétent et l’équipe est parfois n’importe quoi. Rien d’autre à signaler
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing management stinks and immigrants wrecking hotel What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything about job stressful What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Environment stinks and culture is poisonous due to bad management What is a typical day like for you at the company? Terrible on edge all time as immigrants get away with murder and management let them do what they like
Working experience was amazing, I have learned much and grown so much from alwadi team. management over there was pretty good. Most enjoyable part of job was teamwork. There was strong communication and employee enagagement.
Overall, medium working conditions, the pay is extremely low and unmotivating which is the main critic, other than that it’s all right, friendly and supporting coworkers and managers!
Really terrible company who promotes false mental wellness culture . Worst turnaround for a reason. I've never seen so many hire and fire sessions. Bunch of mean Karen's who work there who been there for 30 years. All the worse traits of a call center are here. No room for advancement , rotating schedules, employees and customers having nervous breakdowns constantly. Stay away.
My time at Accor kicked off with a three-month probation plan, which somehow dragged on into the fourth month without any explanation. Just as I thought I was off the hook, I found myself in a meeting being questioned about my punctuality. The irony? I was late because of a sudden hospital visit, which led me to being 2 hour late to shift, even though I'd given them a 2 hour heads-up well in advance, they made it a problem . To top it off, they criticized my customer service skills, despite all the positive feedback I'd received from happy customers. It felt unfair and made me question their evaluation process. On top of that, there was a noticeable bias towards promoting those with connections to management rather than those who actually deserved it. It was disheartening for those of us putting in the hard work. Despite the challenges, I did form some solid connections with my colleagues and received great support from my direct supervisors and duty managers. All in all, my time at Accor had its highs and lows. I gained valuable experience and met some good people, but I'd advise anyone considering a job there to be wary of the internal politics.
I worked there at the reception/administration There is no opportunity to grow skills, no motivation, lack of of communication, poor management, no pay rise, no appreciation, no sense if direction. There is free coffee and water.
