Fue una gran empresa cuando entre, pero ahora ya no la recomendaría.

Tienen un buen ambiente de trabajo, pero hay muchos jefes que nos hacen nada y solo se quedan parados y viendo como los de mando medio les resolvemos las cosas, mi jefe inmediato es una persona con mínimas capacidades gerenciales, no sabe cuidar a su gente, no sabe dirigir un equipo, y mucho menos sabe defender el trabajo de las personas. Desafortunadamente lo pusieron en esa posición porque ya no tenían a nadie más a quien poner. Y así hay mucha gente que les pagan mucho para que otros les resolvamos su trabajo.

Ótima empresa

Ótima empresa com bons benefícios. Todos trabalham muito, de maneira constante, porém os funcionários são bem reconhecidos. No geral os gestores são bons, porém alguns são extremamente infantis e imaturos, mas isso se passa despercebido por causa da cultura da empresa. No geral é um bom lugar.

Hours are crazy and management is unrealistic and unsupportive What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Everyone left because of the culture. I think NTT Ltd forgot the security division even existed. Town Halls never included updates on the division

Overall, a good company to work

Good company. Going through some typical pains while merging with another NTT company but that is par for the course. Good pay and benefits, bonus plan is a little skeptical as it changed after the first quarter. Great teammates and collaboration.

A lot of lessons learned, completely up to you to decide.

I see this organization as a place to learn and grow into the ICT services industry as they offer diverse solutions from principles to their customers. Depending on your team, its either going to be a journey of your life full of great people and meaningful career experiences, or the other way around. Unfortunately for me, it was the latter rather than the former. Where I do not find the culture to fit my core principles and I discovered that money and senior employees always win. There's no room for growth, people have been there since 7, 8, 10 years and they are still where they are since they first started their career at the company. The culture inside was not collaborative, rather its more siloed between departments and there are a lot of finger pointing and useless meetings as well as putting out fires that shouldn't be started in the first place, thus making the environment unproductive. On the bright side due to their extensive solutions offerings, you will indeed learn a lot, from end-to-end sales to project management to service delivery / customer success. So again, it depends on what you're looking for. If you are looking to understand the ICT services business, than yes, I would recommend. But if you are looking for a stable, collaborative, healthy workplace with even a decent level of integrity and good corporate governance + business conduct, I would recommend to search elsewhere.

Leadership is clearly very enthusiastic about the role but the actual job can feel quite restrictive because you’re stuck in one place and calls arrive almost every 3-5 seconds

Great team of professionals, some improvements since NTT took over

The entire Inside Sales Team was outsourced after NTT took over, benefits are great, company culture is being improved. Solid employer I would say. We were remote after COVID so not sure if there are still offices in Charlotte. NTT is a reputable global Japanese company.

When I worked there it felt like a big "boys club" - more value put into group happy hours than actually investing in employees. Pay and benefits were ok but not a great environment.

Can be challenging for gaining management attention to key issues. For example, if you want to highlight a high value issue, it is difficult 5o get the attention of the VP level needed to back the concerns. If you get past IT leadership, the company is one of 5he best in intentions.
