Everyone is burning out but there is no support and teams are told they just have to manage. Taking on new clients when the existing ones are already suffering and without having the resources to fulfill contractual obligations. A place where creativity and motivation doesn’t last.

Les moins : a toxic environment, everyone is against everybody, team work doesn't exist and everyone is ready to blame someone else for his/her own mistakes. Be prepared to face a harsh “survival of the fittest environment”. Colleagues are in a bad mood everyday, they are bored and unchallenged, generally unhappy and frustrated. Don’t expect them to tell you good morning back when you come in the morning. The speciality of the communication in this company is that everything evolves through gossip and behind people's backs. The working hours are very long and the employees are made insecure about their own capabilities and knowledge . This is a very conservative and old fashioned company, this is reflected by their equipment. Personally I have never worked with such old equipment and software. I think that for the average Berlin Company, they have the oldest and most outdated telephones and computers.
