Government job

Well it was alright at first but no room for advancement and no potential for employees to learn anything new. Government controls everything and most government employees look down on contractors

Productive and fun place to work

A typical day at TRAX was slow pace, not to much stress, the employees pulled there share of duties. I got to learn all the pieces of equipment that goes on Cats. Management was excellent to deal with. The hardest part of the job was lifting the parts or pushing them. the most enjoyable part of the job was the satisfaction you got helping customers.

Fun, but poorly managed

One of the owners hires people that she's dating and fires them if they break up. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone sane and looking for stable employment.

Fast-pace working environment

Working at TRAX made me become a quick learner and a fast-pace worker. I would usually receive about 3-5 orders at a time on a busy night and it would be difficult for me to keep up at first, but then it became easier.

Typical day at work: Stock food stations, make custom food orders, customer service, cleaning around the workplace What I learned: It is important to develop relationships with fellow co-workers Management: There have been three management changes since I had started working there, poor management Co-workers: Friendly, willing to help, laid back, great attitudes and work ethic Hardest part of the job: Keeping up with food orders when it becomes very busy. Difficult for foreighner

Fuwa is independently owned and managed by one owner. He is a very good man and very smart, but , it is a Chinese company and uses Chinese values and this is a difficult place to work with out any support or translators with technical Chinese Expertise.

Large Equipment Company, fast paced but lots of fun

Learned so much by working for this heavy equipment company. Worked with Service Mgr., Shop Foreman and Warranty manager. Performed all kinds of administrative and customer service duties. Laid back and fun. Worked with minimal supervision and was able to make many business decisions on my own. High morale, and management was always rewarding us with lunchesons, parties, etc.
